The UCSF Wellness Center for Youth with Chronic Conditions Patient and Family Advisory Council's mission is to:

- promote a culture of patient and family centered-care

- strengthen the collaboration between patients, families, and healthcare teams

- improve the experience of patients and families at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital and the community we serve

- ensure that the patients and families voices are not only heard but also integrated into the design of programs and services
