The Department of Palliative Medicine's patient family advisory council is dedicated to making palliative care more accessible for patients and their families, providing continuity of care throughout the healthcare system, supporting patients and their caregivers, providing compassionate care and improving the quality of life for our patients and their families and caregivers.
