The Intensive Care Nursery Family Advisory Council (ICN FAC) is a group of former ICN parents who want families to have the best possible experience during their stay. The UCSF Benioff Children’s Hospital ICN cares for a diverse group of patients and believes the family perspective is essential to providing quality care for infants and their families. The ICN FAC collaborates closely with ICN leadership, infusing the family perspective into ICN initiatives and educational materials, and ultimately working to improve patient satisfaction and care.
